My 3 1/2 year old is in Mrs. Garcia's morning Pre-K 3 class and she loves both teachers. She's learning so many new things and is blowing my mind. The teachers are caring and understanding as well as patient but don't let the children get away with bad behavior. They truly have the success of the child's education in mind and it shows, as well as having the best interest of the child in heart and mind. I couldn't be happier with my youngster attending this elementary school as her first school. :)
The whole system is messed up.The teachers are so strict and can't have fun with the kids once.Also they have to wear uniforms, kids should be free to wear what they would like.
Fun school,Great teachers and nice students. But sadly I have to choose between Sports and fun Choir but other than that great place
this is the greatest school of my life but i have messed up my career n now im still a 10th grader aka. sophmore at sam houston high school cause i got locked up for doing the most stupid thing that i should have never done. so now i got to go back n try and sign up to finish cause with out the diploma im nothing and will be nothing in the feature.
I have had NOTHING but problems out of this school and so has a few of my friends. My sons kindergarden year he had a kid bullying him and when he told the teacher about it she did NOTHING. He ended up getting into a fight with this kid and now has scars on his face. They have complained to me because he is having problems learning to read, but they dont want to HELP him. This is an exceptional school. Not only do they provide a great education but they really care about all their students and try to match a student's need with all their resources. I'm impressed.
This school i svery organized with Mrs.White as a school princapal and Mr. Clollins as the assistent princapal. I hope that this is one way we can save this school it is very good and loves kids there. i have had a fabulas time at Wood Elementary. This is one thing that i have hoped i could always do, was support the number one school in Arlington Independent School District.
