I feel badly for the people who have had bad experiences at Sam Goody's. Am thankful to say I have always had a good experience. The people are helpful and the store is clean. Can usually always find what I am looking for ( and a few things I didn't know I was looking for.) Will definitely be a repeat customer
Wtf. My autistic son's aid took him here. I was told it is a music video game store. Instead he comes home with a $15. box of cereal that was marked down to $9.99. If there was a way to upload the pictures of the box and receipt I would. Bringing it back unopened, with orginal bag and receipt. I hope I have no problems nor have other charges on my credit card.

They suspected me of stealing a cd (With no evidence what so ever) which I didn't becuase I wouldn't do such a thing. So they had the cops escort me out of the store and banned me, for no reason.The most bigoted place I've been to and I advise anyone not to go to this shit hole. Not to mention I was a customer who was loyal to them. I'll go take my business somewhere else.
Pretty ticked off right now. Sam Goody told my daughter that a combo pack of Little Mermaid was I and II, and it had a picture of them both on the cover. When she got it home and popped it in, it's some weird prequel. When we took it back and explained what happened, not only did the smirky Kelly not apologize for their cashier's error, her manager told us they would buy the $19.99 combo back as used for $4.99.
