Najjah was a fantastic Sales representative for the brand. He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and polite. He took care of my wife and I as Guest and we left elated!
Eric the manager was so helpful! He gave me so many good shoe selections to pair with my vacation outfits I’m truly obsessed with all my shoes that I purchased! His team felt well organized and showed great customer service. The store was clean, which is impressive for such a busy store.
I love visiting this store when we’re in town! Jonnaire provided great service to my daughter and me when we came and we found several pairs of shoes. She was kind enough to ship them for us since we had no room to take them home. We forgot our shoelaces so I called the next day to check on them and Eric was so kind and helpful on the phone to verify for us and include them in our shipment. Great service!

Wonderful New Years Eve experience in this shop, team was so patient and treated me and my friend lovely. The manager was so helpful with us picking out our shoes. Felt so sorry the gentleman dealt with very rude woman verbally assaulting him on a holiday at cash area and remained so professional and nice on the holiday despite her attitude. We will be coming back our next visit, those two men deserve a raise for all they deal with and still smile
