This review is for the female sales associate who assisted me yesterday. I placed an online order for in-store pickup because the shoes run narrow. I was not sure about my exact size, so When I arrived at the store, I looked around and asked if I could try both size 7 and size 8, so I could decide which one fits better. there were only two sales people. i asked one a question and he answered very quickly and walked away. the other one noticed i had been waiting a bit but didnt acknowledge me. i understand its very busy for the amount of staff, but a simple "ill get back to you" would be nice. i seemed to be the only person in the store who hadnt been helped at all. i wanted to try on shoes, but it's the type of place where the sales people need to get it for you, so i simply waited in the store for about 15 minutes and then left after recei... read more
