Really nice store, well staffed, and the gentleman Norman who works here is absolutely amazing. He’s so sweet!
Came to reviews to see why customer service was so bad, and looks like I am not the only one feeling helpless in the store. Employees look miserable, annoyed that you ask for sizes to try on, and just plain unprofessional.
I am a big fan of Sam Edelman shoes but the shopping experience was quite poor. The layout of the store is quite badly designed. There were people putting shoe boxes everywhere, paper and cardboard flying all around, and it took 10 minutes to get a different size. The only time you can visit this store without having an anxiety attack is the middle of the weekday.

Very disappointing experience at this Sam Edelman location today. I went in to purchase ballet flats and was treated rudely by multiple employees, except for one kind employee who helped me and told me I could receive 10% off by signing up for a Sam Edelman membership. I signed up and paid, assuming the discount had been applied. Afterward, the employee realized she had forgotten to apply it and called over a manager.
