I recently spoke to Kaitlyn, who helped me while I placed my order on call, and she was phenomenal! She was extremely patient when it came to answering my questions and repeatedly checked the inventory to ensure they had the items I was looking for.

Came in looking for shoes for my mom and Trynyty made it a great experience. I FaceTimed my mom and she helped figure out the style and sizing, especially since they have similar feet. Super helpful and easy to talk to! My mom was really happy with what we picked out :)

I came in just hoping to find a good pair of travel shoes for my Europe trip, and Trynyty was so helpful. She listened to what I needed, showed me a few great options, and I ended up leaving with the perfect pair of Mary Janes. The store was busy, but she still made time to help without making it feel rushed. Really appreciated her patience😊
