I had an uncomfortable experience at this store today. While one female employee was kind, patient, and very helpful throughout my visit, one of the male employees was inexplicably rude to me for no apparent reason — as if I had done something wrong just by being there. He ignored me when I clearly needed assistance and showed no basic courtesy, in stark contrast to how he interacted with other customers. I purchased 4 pairs of flats three months ago (all for full price!). I called the store that I purchased at explaining that a heel from one of these shoes completely fell off. All they could do was offer me 10% to buy a new pair.... poor quality. They're also now on sale with a full sizerun available.
