My daughter and I went to the store on Spring St. and had a wonderful experience! Eric, the store manager, was so pleasant, helpful, patient, and kind, offering suggestions while never making us feel rushed. There was another young lady who was helpful as well. I was so impressed with him that I called back, asking for him, to order 2 more items as well as return something. The return was as smooth as silk! Real rude customer service I received a printed receipt even though I chose email receipt option. The flimsy receipt given to me had an internal tracking number with no order number the agents are always in a hurry and hang up on you even if it's hasn't been 3 days I should receive an email receipt like I chose during checkout. This is not only a hassle it's unacceptable. I won't be buying from this store again and oh consumer services wasn't much help either. Also transaction number shouldn't be the order number. I went to the Sam Edelman store in SoHo and wanted to share my experience. One of the workers was super nice and sweet she really helped us out, and I hope she doesn’t get in trouble because she was wonderful. On the other hand, the manager seemed a little rude and sighed several times. I understand he was probably stressed, but it didn’t feel great as a customer. Also, we weren’t given our receipt at the end. Overall, the staff member made the visit better, but there’s room for improvement in management.

never felt as rushed to make a purchase as i did at this store. the associates need to calm down, because it seemed like she was working overtime to get commission on a $400 purchase from me. I was very clearly trying to decide between shoes and discussing it with my friend when the associate kept coming back up to me every 20 seconds pressuring me on when I was ready to purchase. Been shopping at Sam Edelman and its amazing! Amazing styles, designs and all the shoes are soo comfortable. Eric, the manager is so helpful and really goes out of his way to satisfy his customers!
