The worst experience with sam design, took my money and showed me a slapped together power point that did not go with our modern mountain house or what we discussed. Then gave me a 35k quote for floor tiles for 1400 sqft .. Creative Brick and Tile were amazing and match the tiles for 11k. I followed up about the remaining 16 hours I had paid for and heard nothing back. Follow up emails requesting a refund were finally answered and I was told they wouldn’t provided a refund. We loved working with Sam design! Jenneil made our renovation experience so much more enjoyable. She helped with every step of the project- the layout, kitchen selections and furniture. She is talented, knowledgeable and her attention to detail is phenomenal. Jenneil is equally professional and personal. I highly recommend her and the Sam design team!
