Sam was a great help for this first time home buyer. I may of had some good questions and some irrelevant ones but Sam always was available to answer the call when it was the most important thing in my world and answer the question no matter the importance or relevance to the process. He gave me the guidance, confidence and freedom to make decisions and offered spread sheets with the information in the simplest terms to understand.
