I bought a Civic SI off these people now. Mind you I live in Ohio and when I got the car up here it was squeaking coming off the trailer. I took it to a local dealer and they charged me $1,600 worth of work that needed done to the car prior to me receiving it which Sam Boswell did not want to stand. The ONLY good thing I can say about my experience is the sales team/finance manager I had was great to work with and made it easy. So let’s just start with my experience the day I bought my car.. took the vehicle for a test drive (I had my three year old with me in a car seat) and while sitting at the red light we got rear ended, no big deal (obviously they can’t control that) and not even that noticeable that we got rear ended. I’ve been a loyal customer here and never had issues until my recent visit on April 3, 2026 for the 110k service (spark plugs and drive belt). Shortly after picking up my vehicle on April 4, 2026, I began receiving multiple warning messages, including an emission system alert.
