My posture is not only more upright and excellent now, my mood is consistently better after learning the movement philosophies that Sam advocates for. I've been enjoying the practice of these concepts almost every second of the day now 🙏🏼 grateful to have worked with Sam!

Sam is THE most experienced, professional and knowledgeable body therapist that I've ever worked with. I have been working with him for 20 years and hope to work with him for 20 more. I walk out of his studio feeling 3 inches taller and have a better understanding of how I carry myself and where my aches are coming from every time. As an actor and former D1 athlete, I found that my work with Sam did more to reduce tension/ tightness in my body and improve my posture than any other approach. Particularly, he teaches you quick, 2 second movements and stretches that you can incorporate throughout your busy day to keep tension at bay. But, most importantly, he is a great guy and is a pleasure to work with.
