I'm very disappointed with how my recent experience was handled. I've been a reliable patient for over five years, consistently showing up on time and only needing to reschedule a few times—most recently on 5/20. I called the day before, 5/19 at 12:03 PM, and left a detailed voicemail with my name and number to reschedule. When I didn’t receive a callback, I followed up on 5/20 at noon. I called 10x separate occasional ,left a message finally called today and spoke to the receptionist who sounded flustered ,overwhelmed , and irritated so I never got a chance to schedule an appointment . That was my turn off right away

This has to be one of the worst experiences going to a doctor that I’ve ever had. The doctors do not respond to messages via their patient portal The office staff do not leave messages when you call and they do not return calls- I would not recommend this office to anyone

I started going to Salveo Weight Management 4 years ago with the primary goal of becoming healthier. Dr. Mackey and her team have supported me in doing just that and I couldn’t have done it without her.
