Really helped my partner with after birth care, highly recommended to all mothers to follow up with Jessica, even just for that peace of mind you get from an expert in this field. If things don't feel right, don't just rationalise this as 'this is normal after birth'. You would be surprised how Jessica can help you with the road to recovery to reach how you were before birth.
Jessica is amazing and definitely surpassed all expectations. I couldn’t have landed a better physio to support me through postpartum recovery. Jessica has been not only a physical support, but mentally too. She helped me to understand what is going on with my muscles, ligaments and provide additional info about breastfeeding so I can better support myself when I am not in the clinic receiving treatment. The level of professionalism and expertise leaves me reassured and actually eager to attend each session, 100% recommend.
I had severe backaches, they listened patiently and provided fast relief. Extremely helpful service, I will recommend to everyone.
