Lori is the best. She always helps me pick the right stuff for different occasions, thank you again Lori
This boutique is absolutely lovely! The staff were incredibly friendly and took their time explaining every product. My wife and I really appreciated how patient they were with all our questions. It's so refreshing to find a place where the team genuinely cares about their customers. I'll definitely be back soon! Today repeat and buy more from Lori she was great 👍🏻 super attentive and helpful as Erika we love to always come back what a team just great!!!
Been to the store yesterday and Ciera / Sierra provided me an outstanding service. She was kind and made me feel super comfortable.
This is by far the best location I have been to. Ciera is truly outstanding—kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional.
Amazing experience, amazing customer service, Jayce is an absolute gem! I’ve purchased Ferragamo items in the past but never from the actual boutique. After this experience I will only shop here moving forward. The biggest thank you to Jayce and the entire lovely team at Ferragamo Topanga!!
