We walked in today (5/16/2026) and this worker who was shorter with a long brown or black ponytail was so obnoxious. She didn’t even say hi to us she just looked us up and down with a mean look on her face. We didn’t even bother to buy or look around because of her. Just because you work at high end stores doesn’t mean you can treat customers like this. And we can afford to buy things here. Lost our patronage.

I usually don’t leave store reviews, but had to get out of my way to give a shoutout to Vanessa. She was incredibly accommodating, flexible, patient, and encouraging all at the same time. We walked in hoping to fix an issue we had with a prior purchase, we walked out with all our issues resolved and holding exactly what we needed, all thanks to Vanessa.
Prices at this outlet are way less than Ferragamo stores nationwide
