Terrible place. They will not let you try on the clothing and they won't take returns. It doesn't make any sense other than ripping off the gamblers who will take a chance that something fits and lose their money when it doesn't.
They have some great things, but be prepared for how you’ll be treated. I’m sure they have their reasons, but they treat everyone like they are going to destroy or steal things. Very harsh almost every time I go in.
This will never not be the dumbest secondhand store in Redding. They’re so strickt. You can’t try anything on, not even over your clothes. If you look at anything in the wrong way, they’ll get angry at you. If you carry a bag, because you’re a student, you’re not allowed in, even if you offer to let them store it for you behind the desk. I will not return. They are insane, and their prices are ridiculous.
