I recently worked with Salvador and Davis to assist my grandmother with Power of Attorney and medical decision-making documents. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Morrie Baillie sold her documents that she did not fully understand, and in my opinion, took advantage of her vulnerability. We had used Salvador Davis previously for another family member. I have just finished the Power of Attorney and Executor process. It took much longer than necessary because of delays Salvador Davis created. Perhaps the other notaries are fine, but we had Morrie Baillie to help us. Although efficient in some ways, her personality and approach leave a great deal to be desired. She is blunt, aggressive, brutal, unco-operative and a bully.
