It was a pleasure working with Morrie Ballie at Salvador Davis & Co. on a mutual client’s home purchase. Our clients were out of province, which required extra steps and coordination, and Morrie handled everything beautifully. She was responsive, organized, and wonderful to work with. I recently worked with Salvador and Davis to assist my grandmother with Power of Attorney and medical decision-making documents. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Morrie Baillie sold her documents that she did not fully understand, and in my opinion, took advantage of her vulnerability. When I raised these concerns with Todd, he stated that “this happens all the time,” which was deeply upsetting and concerning, not only for my grandmother, but for other families who may be experiencing the same situation.... read more
