Placed an order for several things. Everything came alive and healthy on the day it was supposed to arrive. Upon opening the box I was surprised with how well everything was packed. We are in Texas so I was afraid of things getting to hot and dying but I was pleasantly surprised with the care that was put into it. I would totally order again.

Given my fish ich twice. The first time about 6 months ago, i bought a coral and some sponges and the ich must have made its way into the tank somehow. I assumed this may have been from somewhere else but i had not added things in my tank in months. Just a couple weeks ago, i went in to buy my dream fish. Made an order last week that was supposed to be delivered Monday order has t shipped and business is listed as closed in mondays. Also sent them an email right after I made the order trying to spend more money with them and no response has been received 5 days later. Would have liked to add a couple fish since I was paying shipping.

Placed an online order on Tuesday which stated the delivery date would be Friday. I took that Friday off of work to be there for the package. Never showed. Noticed I never got an email other than from PayPal. Sent emails, called during business hours and left message. No response. No shipping info. No this is a real order confirmation.
