Made an order last week that was supposed to be delivered Monday order has t shipped and business is listed as closed in mondays. Also sent them an email right after I made the order trying to spend more money with them and no response has been received 5 days later. Would have liked to add a couple fish since I was paying shipping.
Placed an online order on Tuesday which stated the delivery date would be Friday. I took that Friday off of work to be there for the package. Never showed. Noticed I never got an email other than from PayPal. Sent emails, called during business hours and left message. No response. No shipping info. No this is a real order confirmation.
Amazing customer service, and if you need berghia nudibranch this is the place to get it!
