Just try it! The first time I tried cold water dipping...it was interesting..and I couldn't stop thinking about it! Now I dip all times of the year - including Winter. Until you try it, it's hard to describe the feeling. Amy has created an inviting and safe cold water dipping community here in York Maine and well beyond. I did my first dip with Saltwater Mountain Co. a bit nervous about how I would handle the cold, and ended up having an incredible experience! Not only is there so many amazing health benefits to Cold water dipping, joining others in the community made it even more amazing. Everyone should experience this.
