I visited the Saltuary as I got a Redballoon voucher for my birthday. I had Vitality course which included sauna, float and salt room. I enjoyed the facility itself - each room was nicely set up and comfortable. However, I did not enjoy customer service. I arrived 10 mins before the sessions. I was also told the crackers were a display item not to be eaten which I wouldn’t have done if things weren’t explain... read more
