Had to cancel last minute because my elderly dad got sick. Emailed at 3am, explained my situation, offered to get a doctor’s certificate, all whilst being a repeat customer. Still got charged full cancellation. There was no attempt to consider any other outcome. As such, won’t be going back because no customer service usually equals no customer.
This is an Amazing place i have used it 2 times and going to use it for a very long time and also my family. There salt rooms are amazing with genuine rock salt on the floor and rock salt on the walls and rock salt in the air you are immeraed in the salty beach vibe its amazing. Friendly staff also. That are amazing at customer service and very helpful.
