I reccomend this to anyone who needs relaxation, pain relief, a body reset, or some peace and quiet. I have chronic pain and due to health issues I cannot rely on pain management. I go for monthly massages, but to have pin point accuracy of reflexology on my "hot spots" is truly remarkable.
Zero gravity chair was very therapeutic and the 30 minute reflexology was a nice lead in to understand the process and know what to ask for next time!
I have used the gravity chair twice and both experiences where wonderful. They staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere was perfect to relax and let my stress melt away.
I had such a beautiful experience, and a nice nap as well. Definitely recommend for anyone interested. I will be going back!
