I had a head-to-toe restorative session with Ruth and it was amazing. The space felt so peaceful and grounding, and Ruth made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling relaxed and recharged. We came back the next day for the sound bath and loved it! Such a unique and calming experience. Highly recommend both.
