I didn't know much about bikes before visiting Salter Cycles and left with a very good idea of what I am after and features to consider. Adrian was brilliant at explaining bikes to me in a simple and practical way. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and was concerned with helping to inform me rather than making a sale. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great work by the two fellas here helping with changing tyres & installing inserts on my MTB. Would definitely come back and recommend this place.

Absolutely excellent bike repair service! It was just an inner tube replacement, but the job was done quickly and perfectly, honestly saved my day! If you have any kind of bicycle issue, I recommend giving this place a call and try. The owner is also very kind and understanding. I have Psychogenic Dysarthria, haha hope I didn’t cause too much trouble communicating!

Had another fantastic experience with this company! A simple bike repair for a bike I bought elsewhere was not a problem. The place is run by a genuinely friendly and knowledgeable man who clearly takes pride in his work. I bought a Giant Talon for my son here last year and love it! I will definitely go back for the next bike that either of my kids need.
