This was my first visit to the Salted Soul. I have been plagued by a dry cough in the evening and unable to sleep through the night. Last night, I had no dry cough keeping me awake and while I did wake up several times for nature calls I was able to get back to bed and to sleep. The owner Julie, explained everything to me as to what to expect and the benefits of the salt cave experience. We have been to Salted Soul 3 times now for the salt cave and have had a great experience every time. The experience is relaxing with zero gravity chairs and blankets. There is a voice over that reviews the benefits of himalayan salt and then plays mediative music. We went most recently for an anniversary activity and it was great. Staff is very friendly and facilities are super clean.
Wonderful times trying the iconic foot bath for the first time yesterday. Would come back.
I treated myself to the August special and had a lovely morning recharging and relaxing at Salted Soul.
