I ordered a product from this company on May 20th and was charged on this date. I called them mid June when I hadn't received my product. The person who I was suppose to speak with had stepped out of the office so she was to call me back within an hour. I never heard back from her, nor did I receive my product. When I called back again in July, I was told it was their fault for attaching my invoice to someone else's invoice.
