I come here twice a week. This solves my blocked nose issues. Nice relaxing room with massage chairs. I recommend it

I've attended a couple of sessions at Salt Haven. I like the room set up and relaxness I feel when in session. Maria at the front desk has always been very welcoming and friendly. I gave a 3 star rating because I can't understand how mobile phones are allowed in the room. Attending is about healing your body and that requires you to be present. I have also found it disruptive for my healing time sitting near someone who has music blasting from their head phones. It's a shame we cant go 45 minutes without a phone.

Enjoyable experience i recommend. And the health benefits are there, both physically and mentally. Lucky to have this so close to home especially when salt therapy is such a unique experience

Wow! Having suffered psoriasis flare up within my life especially when I've experienced an incredible amount of stress and trauma. I was a little doubtful that salt therapy would even work. My first session was in October 2023 morning in the private room, my skin was itchy and was suffering from inflammation. During the session it was incredibly peaceful within the room, having the salt within the room and the meditation music created a remarkable atmosphere.
