I've had constant sinus pain for decades. I noticed an improvement in pain and wellbeing from the first session. Maria is one of genuinely nicest people I've met, it's clear her no-one priority is providing a wellness space for the community. Highly recommended.
These salt sessions are very helpful and affective as they help me breath through my nose and clear the snot out. Highly recommendamd is suitable for any age.
