Massages and the infrared sauna are amazing!! Candie is definitely a huge asset to this place. Definitely recommend getting a massage from her.

I've been coming here for the infared sauna, which I greatly enjoy, but recently been trying the rmt massages. Legit HEAVENLY. Both Ryan and Michaela have done an amazing job dealing with my sciatica and calming my nervous system. Never have a felt more calm. If I could give any feedback it's that very rarely the sauna can smell a bit sweaty if I have a later session, which doesnt happen often at all. I also really wish there was a steam option for a sauna, but otherwise I LOVE this place
My husband and I had an amazing experience at Salt yesterday. We jumped between the salt room, the infrared sauna, and the salt float and it was SUCH an amazing date day. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but we both came in with lots of aches and pains from a full day of painting & yard work and we left feeling relaxed and perfectly mushy.
