Unfortunately, my experience was not what I hoped it to be. Although the therapist tried her best to make me comfortable, a rolled towel did not work well for a pillow, the face rest did not fit properly, had no covering, and was hard plastic. I don’t think a therapist should wear ear pods and whisper, and on top of it all, there was a bit of a language barrier. Like I said , I do think she did her best, she was very kind.
