First let me say Karen is kind and the facility was clean. However this was not like any other myofascial therapy massage I've had before. This was a press and hold not a stretch massage like I had before at Fermata! I left feeling the same and not released. You live and learn. You can't go to everyone.... listen to your intuition/discernment or when God doesnt make it smooth pass on it its protection....make sure to research before you book or they will claim its your fault!
My parents and I had such a relaxing experience this week at the Salt Spa! It was lovely to meet Karen and see her studio space with so many different types of body/mind/soul health and healing modalities! The salt cave itself is a great space to rest and meditate while receiving the breathing therapy. We will be adding this into our health routines that we visit Memphis for (from Jonesboro)!
