The salt cave wow Recently had a session in the salt cave where I was actually guiding our mediation class and left leaving completely free of congestion and the salt removed a lot of stuff off my lungs that I hadn’t been able to shift in a while. We’re do I start this extraordinary beautiful well looked after establishment is a little gem I found. I firstly had a meditation salt cave experience and I was sweeped away on a journey. I thought to myself WOW. I went a few weeks later and got a beautiful massage by Elena and this lady is incredible. Her soft touch and gentle voice and aura was one of a kind. This is the second time I've been here. My experience at the salt cave was extraordinary; my skin feels soft and my nose is clear after the session. I brought some friends this time, and we had great coffee and yummy fresh scones, served by the nice and friendly ladies. I would recommend this place to family and friends.Â
14/3/26. It was my first time today going to Salt and Soul. Gee whiz, I totally loved it. The first thing my friends and I said, was "Can we do that again" The best 45 minutes to just relax. It's a pity planes don't have these seats for long flights.Â
