Mia really gave me her all in the massage therapy I recieved. She was always very communicative and asked both prior to and after treatment what hurt and what seemed to help and actively tailored each session to offer the most benefit. She found knots in my muscles I did not know I had. I could not recommend the Salt & Sea Spa enough.
If the reduction in the amount of pain in my neck, shoulder, and hip wasn’t enough. The intensity in my headache I had the time was dramatically reduced. Mia and the staff at the spa amazing and I would recommend them to anyone interested massage therapy as an alternative to medication.
Had major pain in lower back and left hand. Mia had me come in a few times and suggested new shoes and stretches, which all helped heal and restore my muscles. Some may call her a massage therapist I call her a doctor do to her vast knowledge in muscles and muscle treatment. She's the best at what she does and I recommend her to anyone with muscle pain of any sort.
Absolutely amazing experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and calm. The massage was very much needed on my injuries. I’ve not felt this relaxed in a very long time!! I highly recommend Mia!! You will not be disappointed. And Gods work she’s providing for the Veterans. Absolutely beautiful!
Mia is so dedicated to helping you with your specific needs. Two and a half hours of heavenly massage and facial. My favorite was the hot towels and the conversation. It really was the time of my life. I will be gifting this experience to my friends and family!
