I received my first massage from Mia at Salt and Sea Spa, and it didn't disappoint. My lower back felt amazing with just the first visit. Mia is very well educated involving the muscles and how they work. The office environment was relaxing and you feel at ease with body and conversations. I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for months with no relief. The pain was severe and my range of motion was very limited. After one visit Mia was able to make a huge difference. The pain has been reduced and I have regained some range of motion. I would definitely recommend her for injury therapy👍. Salt& Sea Spa is definitely a great place to go for Veterans with service connected disability.
Does great work. Reduced my pain in just one sesson. Highly recommend. Its been a few weeks going here and I just had to add more to my comments. Since having a surgery and other issue with the left side of my face 2013, I have been suffering from a constant prickly feeling, pain and pressure that never goes away.
