I received a stained/ wet swimsuit top ( weird bc nothing else was wet, not even the paper it was wrapped in) and immediately contacted the company. I was advised by Neva I could return but would have to pay a 20% restocking fee or to mail the item back on my own per their policy. I reviewed the website and damaged section doesn’t mention anything about a 20% restocking fee. So, let me get this right, you sent me a damaged item and I have to pay to sent it back?
