My 3 year old and I went to the salt room recently and it was great! Helped with his little chest cold (his nose was really letting snot out during) and was great for sensory play too!
This was my first time in the salt room and it really helped with the inflammation in my sinuses. Will definitely be back.
What an amazing experience. A true Zen vibe the minute you walk in. Beautiful Tatiana greeted us & made us feel so welcome & comfortable. The salt room was almost unworldly as if you were in a cave, with the purest air to breathe in, breathe out! A real meditative experience & can't wait to visit again soon. TYTY
