Me and my wife stopped in for the sauna, red light and salt therapy session. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and informative and you can tell the owners are very passionate about their business and its health benefits. A great place to relax and unplug. Will definitely be coming back here!!

I absolutely love Wellness Remedies! I’ve been coming for about a month now and not only have been using all the red light therapy I can get in the recovery room, but also attending to spend time with the lovely owners! I look forward to my next visit each time I leave!
