Best place to recover and get well
I’m a huge proponent of infrared + red light therapy saunas, compression therapy and salt room therapy. Supportive therapies for a multitude of symptom expressions. Very clean facility, knowledgeable staff, great pricing and excellent care. Give them a try!!!
LOVE!! literally everything about this place is a 10/10, super clean, amazing staff, vibes are immaculate, i always leave feeling so relaxed and recovered. i love the face mask with the blue light when im having breakouts, and my legs have never felt better after being in the thera body boots. this place is the biggest bang for your buck i swear.
Wellness Remedies is simply a wonderful place to heal, rejuvenate, and relax! The salt therapy helps me tremendously with my seasonal allergies. Proud to be a member!
The red light recovery room at Wellness Remedies is fabulous- the compression boots, the red light panel, the red light wrap and the face mask all feel incredible and really do work! I’ve had chronic back pain for years and these therapies have allowed me to have a great night sleep for the first time in a while. Every time I leave that room feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated. I highly recommend this room! Angela and her team go above and beyond to make your visit perfection!
