She has helped me with my recovery from a back injury and with her help and positive reinforced i was able to get back to a normal life style. I’ve seen both Kiah and Montana in the lead up to running a marathon. I had a few issues with my knee flare up as my training increased. With their help I was able to get my body right to get through the marathon with no knee pain at all. Very grateful
