I came to see Meghan at Salt of the Earth Massage after a few years filled with trauma and anxiety, and not keeping self care at the forefront of my mind. The hour that I spent on the table under her care made such an impact, melting all of my pain, grief and anxiety away. I went to see Lindsay at Salt of the Earth yesterday for a very sore neck, chest, and back, and the experience was incredible. Lindsay is the kind of massage therapist who truly listens to your body. She expertly addressed all the issues I came in for, but also found and worked out knots in my calves I didn't even know were a problem. The massage felt completely customized to my needs, not like a standard routine. The cupping she did was also a game-changer. I left feeling amazing and will definitely be back!
