I have to change my review from 5 to 2 stars. When I went in today I was with one other customer (a male) who was lying down on the floor and wriggling around. This was a first for me. I felt extremely tense and left because I would not have been able to relax. When I came out (maybe 5 minutes into the session), the owner asked what the problem was and when I told her she just blew me off. No comment, not a word. She went on talking to another customer. I love this place. I love the peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The salt room is the best 45 minute spent on yourself.
