Great experience. We enjoyed renting 2 Ebikes for U of Utah parents weekend. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would rent from them again when we’re in town! Salt Lake City is a great city for Ebikes!
Great bike shop. They helped me pick out an e-bike, walking me through the different kinds. I went back after losing a screw that held in the display and they helped me out right away. Good, friendly service.
The absolute best ebike shop in all of Salt Lake City. Never had bad experience with either their service or with the employees, and actually the employees are some of the most wonderful people Ive ever met. The few times that Ive had an issue with my bike after picking it back up from them have been slightly annoying, but they always take it back to fix it again for free and Ive never needed to return a third time in a row.
