Really warm and friendly service at Salt Lake EBikes! Everyone was so kind and helped me understand my bike better and solved my problem immediately. Bonus for really cute shop dogs! Will go to them for all my future e-bike needs.

As the service supervisor of a local bike/ski chain in SLC, our shop mostly focuses on mountain e-bikes. When a customer needed a specialty front axle rebuild on a commuter e-bike, I sent them over to SLC eBike. Matt accepted the job without hesitation and knocked it out. I cannot say enough about the staff. I was on a long distance RV trip and my only other mode of transportation was my Ebike. As luck would have it I blew a tube and a tire. Every place I called said they couldn’t help me the next day except for SLC bikes. They got me in the next day and within 90 minutes I had two new tires and tubes. They literally saved my vacation. Thank you to everyone!!
