They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of! I ride my bike as my only from of transport and after a accident with a car, they repaired my bike as fast as humanly possibly to get me back on the road.
This was a very rough experience. They had the bike over a month and took zero accountability for it. If you are looking for bike service, this is not the place. I cant speak for anything else
There is no other shop that knows EBikes better than Salt Lake EBikes. They helped me pick out the perfect EBike and then have done two tuneups on it to keep it running perfectly. I absolutely love my bike! One warning is... they charge for over a week storage so pick your bike up on time.
can't recommend these guys enough. have had my ebikes repaired here, have purchased a bike from them. some area bike shops won't repair or service any bike that wasn't purchased from them, not the case here with Salt Lake E-bikes they'll work on any brands. And what I really liked about these guys unlike most bike shops, everyone that works at Salt Lake E-bike works on the bikes. They are all competent mechanics.
