Quoted me at 100 for a tune up, called me and told me it would be 415 because they needed to replace the derailleur. When I saw the same derailleur still on there they said they would knock sixty dollars off but it still managed to be 380 dollars. I asked them to send me an itemized bill, they sent me a bill but it didn't explain anything. Incredible service. Employees were great. Bike ride was way fun.
Robin was super helpful and fixed two of our bikes quickly and for very reasonable prices. I will definitely be using them for any other repairs or E-bike needs.
