so ever since Sim Gill lost his hind end in the Danielle Willard case he will never charge another officer with unlawful use of lethal Force . Cops in Utah can kill with impunity now and they do. and in Utah anyone can be a victim there's not a high black majority here so whites are killed at the same rate, all of us can fall victim we need an attorney who has a backbone time for Mr Gill to go.

We need to work on a law that, if video evidence exists of a crime, a government employee DOES NOT GET PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE!!!! Jeff Payne owes US (jail time and fine money). IT IS NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. WE PAY HIS SALARY, AND HE OWES US????? Jeff Payne must go to Jail, and pay STEEP FINES for this costly trial and investigation !!
