We decided to get new furniture this year! Salt Creek Home Furniture was the only one that returned our call.They were fabulous. They listened to our interest and needs and found the correct type, style, color and comfort for us. They notified us when it would be delivered and set up all the gadgets up for us. They have a huge selection in the showroom are friendly and easy to work with. No pressure to buy just information to make the right choice. Highly recommend them for any furnature or office needs!
Susie was our sales representative. She was personable and knowledgeable. We truly appreciated her help. She gave us the space to we needed look at sofas without following us around. Delivery of our sofa was a breeze. They were on time and happy to move our heavy sectional after I decided it needed to be positioned a little differently.
We purchased a flexsteel sectional and recliner. In less than 4 weeks the color on the headrest of one piece of the sectional discolored and faded. We sit in all positions and even more in the recliner. This has not happened anywhere else. I called and called and they finally responded it is not covered by warranty because it is caused by hair oils or medications. If this were the case, it would have happened in other locations. We’ve always been happy with our purchases from Salt Creek Furniture, and this recent bedroom set is no exception. The design is beautiful, and the drawers glide smoothly—everything looks perfect. The only hiccup was with the bed, which creaked and moaned every time we moved. At first, our concern wasn’t fully addressed, but once my husband spoke with Bonna and Michael, everything changed.
