Salt Creek Home Furniture shopping experience was better than good… it was great!! Suzy at the Scottsdale location was awesome and extremely helpful with suggestions. BUT! It doesn’t end there! The style of couch cushion we selected wasn’t very comfortable after it was delivered to our home. Enter Michael the fix it man!! I dropped off the cushions and Michael had them fixed in less than a week!!! Super great experience with the entire team at Salt Creek!! Would give them 10 stars!!

Susie and Mike are the best. I was looking for something really specific and they knew exactly how to make it happen. They worked with me to cut costs and pick the best finishes and materials, and were great at follow up. I only buy new furniture from Salt Creek now!

My experience with Salt Creek is a little unique. I had purchased a sofa from another retailer that was unable to provide a part for a recliner of mine. I started calling authorized retailers of the furniture company and actually was referred to Salt Creek by a competitor. They took the time to help me out even though I'm clear across the country and made sure to get me the part I need for my chair. If I lived in the area, I'd do all my furniture shopping there because they will take care of you.
