I purchased a sectional sofa custommade a few months ago from the Scottsdale location. I am extremely unhappy with it. When i called to complain, i was told to send pictures of the cushions when clesrly the springs are the problem. Its the mosy uncomfortable sofs I have ever sat iiin. We have not been able to get our table we bought in Aug. We tried calling for several weeks and were only told they didn't know where it was. We went to the store and were suddenly told it was a "custom" order and no refund. We did not have any custom order. It was a table on the floor of the showroom - no custom anything. We cannot get them to even tell us if or when it will get here. Yet they have had our money for 2 months. We can only wait and see if they find it or can get it to us. We have no other recourse.
