Very poor communication at this salon. This is likely an office management issue, orgqnizational issue. This isn't against any direct employee that provided a service. About 6 weeks ago I tried to make an appointment for a massage. I have a pretty unique back issue and my orthopedic surgeon asked me to get massages to help relieve pain. I REALLY needed a massage. Salt and Sage is the best, I can not say enough about how amazing Dianna is and her knowledge on skin and about the body in general, this woman knows her stuff!!! The entire staff is wonderful and I love that is a one stop shop all my needs, wax, massage, hair, I have even had my nails done, they really do it all!!
I had a wonderful massage by Krista. She really focused on my problem areas. I am feeling amazing and so relaxed. Also, the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
