This was my third time using the sauna with red light therapy and it is such a relaxing experience. I've also done the foot detox and salt room. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I always enjoy going there, "escaping" for just a little bit and doing some self care.
This spa is by far my favorite place on earth. I’ve been several times, and it’s truly a whole vibe. The owner, Fabiola, is such a wonderful person—you can immediately tell how passionate she is about self-care. Katie is my massage therapist and now my friend; I love how she always makes sure I leave feeling grounded. I would 1000% recommend this place.
