Won a raffle at my gym for the dinner special for 2 nearly a year ago. That should tell you I dont eat unnecessary carbs and protein that is saturated in high fat sauce. I ordered smart and got the chicken marsala, salad, and penne with oil and vinegar, and Italian bread. Wow. Consuming all this yielded zero digestive issues. Great quality.
