This has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. I bought furniture from this store and what I received was damaged, poorly made, and clearly not inspected before delivery. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but instead of being helpful, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They refused to exchange or repair the damaged items, and treated me like I was the problem for expecting what I paid for — quality furniture and basic respect as a customer.
