I purchased a dresser in January 2025, and more than a year later I am still waiting for the replacement they promised. I have made countless phone calls and sent multiple texts trying to resolve the issue, but most of the time I was ignored. On the few occasions they did respond, I was given false hope and empty promises that the replacement was “coming soon.” It is completely unacceptable to make a customer wait this long for something that was fully paid for.
