I wish I could give ZERO stars, awful. Never works. Constant software issues. Definitely not worth the price or headache
Edit #2: it has been 9 whole days of constant glitching and trouble booking appointments. This is absolutely ridiculous. For $500 a month you think they would have their software engineers crap together. EDIT: DAY 3 OF THIS PROGRAM NOT WORKING. HELP US PLEASE. As a salon coordinator this is the worst program ive ever used. Always crashing and lagging. It Makes us look incapable of doing our jobs. Makes our days 10x more stressful than it needs to be. So many bugs and things they need to fix. Not user friendly at all
Awful system. Always glitching. It’s messy and just horrendous. Would not recommend
The worst salon & spa software. It consistently glitches. There is no explanation for what goes wrong when their entire system goes down, just the same message that they're working on it (rephrased every half hour or so). Appointments and customer information are screwed up constantly when the system glitches. Glitches happen all the time. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This site is the worst I've ever used. When their system is down you cannot get ahold of anyone. Not user friendly at all. Thumbs down!
