Amazing Salon! Very comfortable .
I have tried multiple spas around Charlotte for years, until I found Salon Vivace. I took advantage of a grand opening special years ago and have been a regular ever since. Alana is wonderful with facials. The entire staff is warm, friendly and professional.
My husband and I were visiting from Atlanta, and stayed at the Renaissance Hotel. The concierge recommended this salon for us to get massages, and sold us a spa package gift certificate with our room. We called on Saturday and wanted to get massages that day, but they were booked. They did tell us they had some time on Sunday, and they would try to get another massage therapist in that day so we could both have our services at the same time. I was pretty disappointed with this salon. I had been to the Williamsburg Salon Vivace and was surprised at how different the two salons are. This one has a much less relaxing atmosphere. It is on Cary in Carytown and you sit in front of a window with everyone on the street passing by and looking in. It's just a very ugly, bare salon on the inside. Wonderful service! – I have looked for over a year to find someone to style my hair...someone with knowledge and skill. Melanie Dunn is that person at Salon Vivace. She offers advice and takes the time to help me understand how to style my hair. Excellent service and products.
Larry is AMAZING! – My visit to Salon Vivace was my second attempt at getting a bad hair coloring corrected. I went to Larry, and he worked wonders! I came in with hair that completely different colors in different sections. I left with the exact color of hair I had wanted originally. Larry is very personable and takes the time to determine what you want for your hair. He is willing to take baby steps with you and truly wants for you to be happy with the result. I highly recommend Larry! Also, the price are great!

Daena Is a life saver! – First let me say I LO0OVe Miss Daena!!! She is the best hairstylist, haircare professional out there.Period!. I meet Daena in 2005 i believe. I came to her with damage and uneven hair. We had an consultation, which every stylist should do, and she took every thing we talked about in consideration and never forgot it! Great Salon! I HIGHLY recommend Daena! – I just discovered this salon through my friend who has been going there for 5 years to get his haircut by Daena! She is the absolute best! Daena ACTUALLY takes the time to study your hair and what does it do. Also she asks what is your personality like and if you usally take a long time to style it or not and all of that stuff to create a haircut that is specifically for you and that you would like!
