Very disappointing! Buyer beware! I made an appointment with a Senior Stylist only to have her rush through my color/cut and pass me off to an "Assistant" stylist to blow-dry and style my hair. This was never explained to me when I made my appointment. Had it been, I wouldn't have elected to try this salon. The price I paid reflected that of a Senior Stylist for the entire service (color/cut/style). On a positive note, this is in a terrific location in downtown Lee's Summit. I get my hair done all the time and I've never left once feeling upset about it. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful! Everyone that works there are so nice to me and my son who I bring along most of the time. We take our time deciding on what I want and I'm never disappointed!
Such an amazing salon with the sweetest staff! They make me feel welcome the second I walk in the door! They always take the time to listen to what I’m wanting and give me any tips, tricks, or recommendations based on my goals! I highly recommend this salon to all my friends and family!!
The owner of this salon is unprofessional and rude! After a horrible experience with my hair, she made me feel like a liar, not welcomed and like her employees mistake was my fault. I have never been treated so badly at a hair salon and will never return.
We went to the salon for our hair and makeup. The team there had a special area set up for myself and my 3 bridesmaids and the 2 moms. They immediately got started on all our hair and makeup and they all turned out wonderful. I had done a trial beforehand, which I recommend no matter where you decide to go. Every time I came into the salon I felt at home, especially on my wedding day which was important to me. Their makeup is air brushed on, which made it so light and I didn't feel unlike myself.
