I can't even get through on the phone to make an appointment! Pretty frustrating
After finding out a friends' daughter is training here, I made an appointment for hair coloring with HRD. She was so careful, considerate and talented that I returned 2 weeks later for highlights. Going back today to get a manicure. Give this establishment your business...I believe you will receive top-notch treatment from the entire staff i.e., friendly and professional. Two thumbs up!!! Got hair colored with highlights. Stylist did a great job coloring my gray. Also got a pedicure, all was good.
So unprofessional my first bad experience was a couple months ago when the student there was getting upset she couldn't put foil in my hair good for highlights so she ended up walking on me and the teacher ended up doing my hair! Literally took over 3 hours to do. Now i just went for my appointment at 5:15 on august 25 and they "temporarily closed" like are you kidding me you went me an email two hours ago conforming my appointment and never bothered telling me you we're closed. Super unprofessional and will not be returning... read more
