Disappointed with the poor communication and distasteful that East Van manager threw her staff under the bus (who were actually pleasant to deal with) instead of taking some responsibility (you’re the one training them). Do better.
Long overdue review ... I felt heard and understood what I wanted. The owner was very knowleagable and thorough. I wanted subtle highlights, nothing popping, just to revive dull colour and she did such a good job. My hair still looks good 2 months later. I was looking for a hairdresser on regular basis and I found one here :)
