Poor ownership The salon is dirty, they have a poor select of popular colors and the owner is a creep. He does not allow you to add gratuity to your bill to pay his overworked (most likely underpaid) employees. He told me to come back another time and bring it to them and then stuck his tongue out at me when I said he didn't know how to run a business. Why would anyone go there? I never will again.
Don't go to relax because you'll hear blaring rap music the whole time. I bought my husband a man's facial at Salon 54 for Valentine's Day. There was rap music blaring the whole time and they didn't inform me to have him shave the day of the massage even though I had to call 2 different times to get a detail of what a man's facial entailed. I attempted 4 times to reach a manager/owner and even left my number for someone to return my call to help resolve the issue. very snoby owner who cant speak english ! – rude, slow, expensive go to any other salon in town and you will be alot more happy., trust me its not good.
