Very dissatisfied. I have gone to a specific stylist for several months, and as of today I will not go back. I went in for a highlight touch up, and walked out with purple and white hair. I told the stylist, and she told me that it will wash out......It has not. My advice, there are so many hair salons in this area, so be careful if you are getting highlights or color, as I was charged $120.00 for purple hair. FYI, I am in my 50’s with no gray hair.
I asked for a rooted look and ended up with early 2000's chunky highlights. The owner of the salon claimed that there was nothing that she could do and that she would have the stylist contact me. The maximum refund that the stylist was willing to give me was $25 and trial sized shampoo/conditioner. *Small side note: The stylist took two personal phone calls during our session (I was a first time client, eek) and even asked me to tap 'answer' on her phone because she had gloves on!
