Still waiting refund money from ski boot with heaters that never work
Terrible warranty policy. Returned a brand new board with the laminate peeling off and they replaced with the previous season model with no compensation. They told me it's either I take the older model or keep the flawed one I bought and that getting my money back was not an option. Take your money somewhere local as this is a Vail owned concept store.
I Wanted more than anything to learn how to snowboard so my husband and I can ski together. My feet are problematic and I'm unable to tolerate ski boots. The rental company we initially chose was not helpful and I almost gave up. Kelsey was extremely helpful and found a boot that fit my feet and then adapted them so pressure points weren't painful.
