Very nice staff. However, you would think that they would at least give a heads up that a product that a guy has spent hundreds of dollars on in that store, is going to be discontinued. Nope, just walked in and was told don't have any. Not my problem. WOW. Ok. IM in there 3 times/wk and no attempt to even inform me, implies a lack of empathy, and disconnect1ion to your customers.
