Went to see Sally feeling like I was pretty broken, now I know why I am, but have a plan to work on it. First session today and amazingly I actually feel a bit better. A lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, very sound advice and a great sense of humour. I anm pretty confident that she actually may be able to get my shoulders working again!!! Well worth a visit!!
